Cooking Instructions
Simple steps to bring every dish to your table — just thaw, heat, and enjoy real Italian food.
🌡️ All dishes should reach 74°F internal temp.
Fresh Pasta
Cook from frozen. Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil. Keep raviolis in the freezer until the water is ready — don't take them out early. Drop the frozen fresh pasta straight in and cook for 3–4 minutes until it floats to the top. Drain (save a splash of pasta water!) and toss immediately with your sauce. Fresh pasta cooks fast — keep an eye on it so it stays tender, never mushy.
Pasta Meals
Microwave (preferred): Heat on high in 1-minute bursts, stirring between each, until hot (about 3–4 minutes total). Stovetop: Place the frozen pasta meal in a pan with a bit of water over low heat. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. No need to add anything else. BBQ: Thaw the pasta meal, then transfer to an oven-safe dish, cover with a bit of olive oil, and place on the BBQ to warm up gently until heated through.
Meals Ready to Eat
Boil-in-bag (preferred): Drop the sealed bag into a pot of boiling water and cook until warmed all the way through. Stovetop: Thaw in the fridge, then transfer to a pan over low heat and warm gently until hot.
Soups
From frozen: Pour into a pot and warm over low heat, stirring occasionally, until fully melted and hot. From thawed: Thaw in the fridge, then warm over low heat in a pot until hot.
Sauces
Boil-in-bag (preferred): Drop the sealed bag into a pot of boiling water and cook until warmed all the way through. Stovetop: Thaw in the fridge, then transfer to a pan over low heat and warm gently until hot.
Bake Dishes
Thaw overnight in the fridge before baking. Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake until bubbly and heated through — time will vary depending on the size of the dish. Parmigiana: Bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes from thawed until hot and golden on top.
Pizza
Oven: Remove the pizza from the plastic and place it directly on the middle rack with nothing under it. Turn the oven on to 450°F (no preheating needed). Bake roughly 15 minutes from frozen until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. BBQ: Preheat the BBQ to 350°F, then lower the burners. Place a thawed pizza on the grill and leave it in for 5–6 minutes — keep checking, as time may vary depending on your BBQ type.
Desserts
Thaw in the fridge and enjoy. That is it — nothing else needed.
